Bioxyne (BXN:ASX) is an international life sciences and novel medicines development company with operations in Australia (head office), United Kingdom, Japan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Czechia, France and the United States serving customers world-wide.
The company’s key activity is healthcare, which is divided into two categories:
1. Pre-Pharmaceutical (Bioxyne and Breathe Life Sciences)
2. Pharmaceuticals (Wholly owned subsidiary Breathe Life Sciences)
Pre-pharma activities include development and sale of over the counter healthcare products, such as our patented probiotic strain PCC, which is sold in the United States, or our CBD (novel foods, FSA) and nootropic supplements sold in the UK, Europe, and Japan (approved and purchased by Amazon) under the Breathe Life Sciences and Dr Watson brands. Our pre-pharma development pipeline of health and wellness products allow us to bring new products to market quickly and reach commercial scale and profitability while generating observational data and customer feedback on efficacy.
BXN pharmaceutical activities are spearheaded in Australia, where our wholly owned subsidiary BLS Wholesalers is licensed to import, export, wholesale, and manufacture Schedule 3,4 and 8 poisons including medicinal cannabis and other. Our manufacturing facility in Brisbane is undergoing a TGA GMP audit in 2023, following which we hope to manufacture medicines for the Australian and international markets.
