Miguel’s strength is in building winning teams in sales, marketing and operations, and he has a deep understanding of navigating regulated markets including tobacco, alcohol and cannabis. Miguel’s distinguished career is anchored by his success in global expansion and sales excellence.
EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Nathalie leads Aurora’s Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Government Relations departments. She has over 25 years of experience, during which she has held progressive executive leadership roles in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, and Human Resources across retail and financial services.
EVP, Global Business Development
Andre joined Aurora in 2015 to lead the project that would later become Aurora Eau. In his current role, Andre leads the Business Development function, responsible for identifying and capitalizing on international business opportunities and emerging markets.

Lori is a Human Resources executive known for developing high performing teams and mobilizing talent to advance the company vision, having spent over 20 years leading HR in international top-tier financial, retail, and hospitality industries. Lori joined Aurora from Holt Renfrew, where she served as Senior Vice President and Head of People.
EVP, Corporate Development and Strategy
Carey started his university education after hanging up his skis following many years as an amateur ski racer with Team Canada. He went on to have over a decade-long career in investment banking and served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity-Linked Capital Markets for BMO Capital Markets.

Ron brings over 30 years of experience in business and consulting to Aurora. Ron has worked on projects in various locations around the world with clients engaged in a range of industries, including heavily regulated consumer products such as tobacco, alcohol and food products, in addition to retail, advanced data analytics, gaming, and real estate development.

Shan brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience to Aurora. A Certified Public Accountant, she spent 14 years at Bain & Company, where she became a partner and leader in the firm’s global consumer and retail practice. She also maintained a secondary practice in healthcare, working in Rx and OTC pharmaceuticals and in the hospital industry.

Norma brings over three decades of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors to her role, having held senior leadership positions in Canada and Germany, including executive positions at Bayer and Sanofi. Norma currently serves on the Boards of Extendicare, Dialogue Health Technologies and HLS Therapeutics, and is the Regional Ambassador and Mentor with Women Get on Board.

Theresa is a senior healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, health & wellness, retail and government. Theresa is an accomplished business leader and has held senior leadership positions in Canada, Europe, and Asia, leading teams in 15 different countries.

Throughout Lance’s 25-year experience with Kraft Foods and Mondelēz International, Inc., he held a number of roles of progressing scope and responsibility focused on marketing, strategy, and customer insights across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia. His experience includes senior management of Kraft Foods’ marketing-related and corporate marketing programs for Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, and Health & Wellness.

Chitwant joined the Board after a fulsome career as a senior financial executive with significant experience in finance, strategic planning, real estate, and operations. After 29 years of service at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) where he enhanced the company’s industry-leading position, Chitwant retired as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations and Payments.

Adam practices securities law with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP and is the Chairman of the Foundation Markets Group, a Toronto-based merchant bank and brokerage firm.
Adam’s law practice focuses on financings and going public transactions. In his banking practice, he works closely to build, invest in, and develop emerging businesses. He has particular expertise with cross-border mid-market transactions and often acts as a strategic advisor to his clients.
